Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and contact SIMSAURA as soon as possible.
